I totally had forgotten to post the corrected color. I got the texture map from SQ so i used his colors.

His looks a little lighter right there because his is reflecting light in the one frame.

I'll assume that You no longer want it and to delete the model?

Da wiederum kann ich wiedersprechen, denn ich habe die komplette blaue Garnitur bereits auf dem Schreibtisch, wo nichts mehr repainted werden muß, da es wie gesagt eine komplette Garnitur ist.

Wo ich mich allerdings gerne noch mit John auseinander setzen mag, ist die rote Garnitur, da ich dort nur ein absolutes Farbenwirrwarr habe und der Buckelwagen mir sogar komplett fehlt, daher werde ich gerne John´s Hilfe noch in anspruch nehmen um auch die rote Garnitur zu kompletieren.

Letztenendes sollt ihr euch keine Sorgen machen, der Rheingold wird deffinitiv baldmöglichst zur auslieferung bereit stehen.

I´ve send Daywalker last week this compl. Set. But he have problems with the red Set. It´s incomplet

I'll take a look at them. now that You're back, are You sure You don't want to make them Walter? I do have a lot of things to make on my set of the pond. That payware set is eating up all my time.

Did You notice the Rolling Stones and Marlyn Monroe are in the dome?

Sobald ich Shonteng erwische kann ich mit ihm reden ob er nicht die vorhandene Garnitur in weinrot repainten kann. Da ist er fit.

Geht auch in Ordnung, ich hatte die blaue Garnitur bereits an John geschickt, weil ich mir dachte das es wohl besser ist eine komplette Garnitur zu repainten anstatt, das ich ein Set aus 4 Waggons zusammensetze welche von unterschiedlichen Autoren kommen und damit in ihrer Farbgebung unterschiedlich sind, ich hatte es mir schonmal angeschaut, aber die unterschiede sind echt so groß, das es einfach auf gut deutsch (entschuldigt meine Wortwahl) nur Scheiße aussieht.
Aber wenn Shonteng das achen könnte wäre natürlich auch in Ordnung, danke Walter.

What is the usual configuration this set runs in?

baggage, closed vestibule (1rst class?), closed vestibule, dome, diner, open vestibule (2nd class?), open vestibule .

B-1-DM-DN-2-2 ?
B-DN-1-DM-2-2 ?

Hab´heute nachmittag mit John etwas geplaudert und Bilder gesandt vom roten Set. Sein Ergebniss finde ich ganz gut. Da es nun schon fast fertig ist sollte das auch reichen. Vor allem weil ich nicht weiss wann Shonteng wieder einsatzbereit ist.

Ansonsten bekomme ich das mit meinen schlechten englisch Kenntnissen gerade nicht so sehr gut auf die Reihe, aber der TEE-Rheingold war auf jeden Fall ein kompletter Zug aus Waggons der ersten Klasse, eine zweite Klasse gab es dabei nicht, höchstens mal in anderer Konstellation, dabei waren aber blaue Waggons der 2ten Klasse hinten angehängt. Der Buckelwagen ist der Speisewagen mit abgetrennter Küche. Korrigiert mich wenn ich falsch liege, aber meines Wissens ist in diesem Zug kein Gepäckabteil vorhanden.

right, the 4 cars i have is a diner, dome care, open vestibule (standard seating), and closed vestibule (private seating).

The blue ist to much in the green.

The SQ colors are correct for the 1975 standard painting of the DB, but the blue ist NOT right for the 1962 F-train painting of the DB!

The blue for the 1962 F-train painting is the same blue as the first (the totally blue) loco wears here:

And you can clearly seen, there ist a difference to the blue which the second loco (in the 1975 standard painting) wears.

And no second class, no baggae car in F and TEE trains!

here is the Burgundy set in the first test.

they still need work, there is little blue artifacting and they are not lined up on the tracks just right yet.

The SQ skin is very accurate for the cars SQ has made in the 1975 standard scheme of beige (RAL 1001) and ocean blue (RAL 5020) but is very inaccurate for the F-train design of 1962 in ivory (RAL1014) and steel blue (RAL 5011).
And also in the game you can see the difference if the colours are accurate.
You can see the difference also by conversions from MSTS-models...

And you will see it, because the locomotives E10.12 - the only one used for the 1962 F-train units - are made and they have not the SQ Skin blue (in german: Ozeanblau) but the accurate blue (in german: Stahlblau).

Ja die werden auf jeden Fall veröffentlicht, ich bitte nur zu entschuldigen, das ich momentan etwas dolle im Arbeitsstreß hänge, sonst hätte ich die Modelle auf jeden Fall schon fertig gemacht. Aber ich werde sehen was ich tun kann um euch nicht allzu lange warten zu lassen. Jedoch bin ich momentan wirklich nur noch zu Hause um zu sehen ob mein Bett noch da ist :biggrins
Aber ich denke, das die Saison in den nächsten Wochen vorbei ist und ich wieder etwas mehr Zeit dafür habe. Danke für euer Verständniss.
