Sq ICE3

    der download war von vornherein eigentlich nur auf den 24.12. begrenzt. es ging ein wenig länger, weil ich einfach zu faul war, den eher wieder rauszunehmen.


    ich finds schon irgendwie lustig, daß man lieber irgendwas programmiert oder programmieren läßt, anstatt zu fragen. das hat was. irgendwie. ich bin schon aufs nächste programm gespannt... oder die nächste version.

    BTT: falls jemand fehler entdeckt hat oder probleme mit irgendwas hat, immer schön hier rein schreiben. ab und an les ich hier noch mit, auch wenns immer seltener wird. :zwinkern:


    insgesamt wurde der ICE3M 41mal runtergeladen. in etwas mehr als 39h. also rund 1mal pro stunde. damit kann ich behaupten, daß sich das nur wenig gelohnt hat. ich hatte ja so gerechnet, daß wenn ca. 50% der 72 anfangs geplanten download-slots verbraucht sind, es später weitere downloads auf dieser basis geben sollte. mh nunja. 50% sind ja im endeffekt 36 laut Adam Ries. also knapp drüber, auch wenns daran lag, daß es im endeffekt länger online war als geplant. am 24.12. waren es lediglich 24stk. lange rede - kurzer sinn: war ne blöde idee :zwinkern: kommt wohl so schnell nich wieder vor.

    ja vielleicht. is aber jetzt auch egal.


    hab grad gehört, daß gibbo eine schöne email an john geschrieben hat. eine sehr "nette" email, weil er und ich unsere DATs bearbeitet haben. das "nett" ist übrigens sarkastisch gemeint.


    daher wird jede weitere arbeit von mir sowieso unterbleiben. also wenn ihr euch bedankt, dann bei gibbo. und robin. :zwinkern:

    Jetzt wirst du aber sowas von unfair. Ich habe immer zu dir gehalten.
    Gibbo ist sehr nett und seine Programme sind sehr hilfreich. Ich finde es egoistisch, dass man die Fahrzeuge erst durch den HEX jagen muss, damit man mehr Freuede dran hat.
    Ach ja und Robin hat im Grunde damit nichts zu tun. :zwinkern:
    Und ich dachte, ich verschicke den ICE an niemanden, weil SQ das ja nicht will.
    Nein, ich tue es nicht, weil ich so fair bin.
    Und es interessiert mich jetzt nicht mehr, dass SQ keine Mods mehr rausbringt. :boese:

    I think what You are overlooking . SQ pulled his sets due to lack of respect. He still decided to have a one day Christmas sale and give away his ICE3. The ICE3 that he said he was not going to share.


    Some people noticed he used the new 3rd party Locotool beta that adds has a few features left out of the current version for the 1.76 exe.



    Instead of asking SQ anything about it. they decided to make a program that breaks it down and makes it old locotool compatible and removes the new features (if any) when you decompile it with the old version. along with a "you don't have the right to do this."


    It was even mention to "respect his wishes and let it be" more then once. This was ignored.


    Instead this just proved the lack of respect that some people show to those that work hard to give you new toys to play with.


    I just hope SQ decides to release it anyways. It would be a well missed train.
