i can't get the loco tool to work when i select run it won't come up.

the most Users can't speak englisch, we are speak most german!

Support -> Locotool (Old)
Support -> Locotool Frontend

To create XML-Files with Locotool you must drag and drop the DAT-File over the locotool.exe Icon. Then a XML-File and a File with the images of the Object will be created.
