Kilt Rock is colorful and highly detailed map by Omsk, julbobr and Alex. It represents smaller and significantly modified version of York City (UK).
You can start playing in 1970. But the city continues to grow and develop till 1993.
There are some new unique buildings and objects on the map, such as a lighthouse, a small guest house and a small church.
To make playing on the map interesting and comfortable you have to choose traffic level not more than 30-40%.

It's a kind of DLC map that is you will be able to build different buildings presented here on your own maps when this one is activated.
