The game crash in Helsinki XXXL

    Hello everybody ;)

    This is my first post, and i can`t understand german (yet).

    I have a problem when I play on the map Helsinki XXXL:

    When the game is automatically saved on 01-02-2010, the game closes if any explanation. In that moment I installed all the mods I needed to start the map + XiDragons_CiM-CAM_v1.32 and:

    -KBFrailway_metro

    -moneyget_1.1.1.gs

    -eis_os_trampuzzle_02.gs

    -quickbusentry_1.0.gs

    -Alstom LHB NGT8D - Webdisk - Cities in Motion - Fanpage

    -Adtranz GT6S Version 1.1 (13.06.2011) - Webdisk - Cities in Motion - Fanpage

    -Railway and metro station 2 in 1.

    -Intercity-Express (ICE) V1.1 - Webdisk - Cities in Motion - Fanpage (U-bahn ICE, don't work X( )

    Please help me. This is a great map, but I could not play more than a month. I appreciate your help. Sorry for my very bad english, I talk spanish (I am from Chile).

    Welcome to the forum.

    First reason for the crash is, that you are missing one dependency. You have to add the objects pack from the russian site to your add-on folder. Link is on the download page of the map.

    Second is that you are using both railway packs. remove railway_metro and try again.

    Should work then - if not come back to me.

    You can use the ICE by copying the exisitng de.strings and put it into the game with your language code. This draws german names for the ICE but should work.

    The problems remain :cursing: ;( . Now when I make a savegame.

    PS: I uninstalled the following mod: XiDragons_CiM-CAM_v1.32 (Reason: Auto savegame).

    if the autosave of the cam-mod disturbs you, you can change the interval of the saves. A save every12 months does not disturb that much. :)

    Now I write because the problems are worse than before.

    Now, when I start the game, the screen goes black and does absolutely nothing. I can not even enter the main menu. The only changes I made were to change the sounds on all subway trains (except metro01). Now only I play Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike and I'm bored of shooting so much :S .

    And for autosave, I unistalled cam-mod for the reason that I could only play one month and the game crashed X( .

    I recommend to reinstall the game - Seems that you have managed to mixed it up completely. The init.script has nothing to do with maps. It just sets language and strings and some other things.

    The previous problem was solved. Now I have other problem: I Buy Cities In Motion - Tokyo and downloaded de CIM - Tokyo Combined mod and the game crashed again when I load any map.

    Looks like I have very bad luck :P :huh: ;( :cursing: X( .
    And for the previous problem the solution is: delete the add-on U-bahn ICE and remove his strings.

    I did that and copied the folder metro / strings / es.strings (formerly de.strings)

    Oh come on, answer the question. I can't play the Tokio DLC and the other maps. And I'm still bored for shooting to zombies and combine soldiers, I need play again to CIM.
