Both US. there is no mistaking those.

I have those cars as MHQ from the Plastikman set. I was just making a suggestion to work with him. to get better looking cars in your set. it seems silly to release same items in a lower quality now that the standard has been set.

He is right as to who made them, I do have those cars in MHQ if You want them. all I would need is your ace.

I have on several occasions considered making helicopters myself, Since they are seriously bugged in locomotion and almost unusable, i decided against it.

4: it was coded like the electric pylon, you can only build in scenario editor, it produced and accepted nothing. it was for looks only.

You are not missing much. It is sort of to much on the screen and everything is to small.

The lighting is wrong. lomo lights from the right. you have it from the left.

I have made this same mistake myself :zwinkern:

so far it seems to work. it would be nice it it worked the other way also.

the only thing i saw that was odd. i dropped 4 XML's onto the exe and it said files have been coded [255].

Edit. now maybe i can try and decipher loco gui. my german is awful.

well, umm.. i guess i used it wrong.. LoL.. i dropped the dat onto the exe, I expected it to work both ways.

it spat out an error. i hit the left button and ~chomp~ ~chomp~ ~chomp~ it ate my lomo folder.

SQ I am not sure what the problem is.

Lomo supports Widescreen based on Your video driver, and your monitors auto-config (or manual settings).

I have lomo on 3 different widescreen monitors,

All are Geforece / Nvidia cards, there is very little distortion or "stretch"

    I have:
    Acer 19" AL1916W running lomo at 1152 x 864
    Acer 22" AL2216W running Lomo at 1280 x 960 (or was it 1280x800?)
Acer 24" HDMI P241W running lomo at 1600x1200

My laptop is widescreen, no matter what setting i use, I get a "slight" black bar around the edges. it wont fill the screen, but it is quite playable and i don't even notice after a few minutes

Correct. the steam.dat controls where on the screen to display the smoke (x,y).

    Sorry.

You can try to bump the steam over -x about 2 and see what happens.

  • Eigene Locomotiven

    That is controlled by steam.dat.

if you move it to fix it there. all the rest of the angles will be off.
call it a flaw in the game..

there are LOTS of bugs with steam engines, it is like the code was only 3/4 complete when released.

I think everyone should make one! A TGV Duplex making contest!...

OK bad Joke.. I did not know Thomas was building one also.

    see here

As I told Thomas, go ahead and remove mine since his was up first.

I'll just stick to North American stuff.

    I know.

I Talked to Walter already, When I posted mine yesterday, his still said "advant calandar" not TGV, I did not know it was a TGV Duplex untill today. A day after I uploaded. I guess thats why they never turned the download on. Walter told me he was only making the ICE3 and the *ZENSIERT DURCH WALTER*. Such is life... ~sigh~

This one has been done for weeks and i never uploaded it. I guess when everyone works in secret. it is bound to happen...

if they want to delete it, they can go right ahead, I thought it would have been a nice little christmas present for the Fanpage since You guy did not have one..

Sorry John. This is one more secret to 23.12. Walter

    TGV Duplex in MHQ

    Plastikman's MHQ TGV-Duplex Ver. 2.0
    By Plastikman

I decided to update this set to the correct Duplex colors. I also fixed the centering on the track, added new pantograph's, Corrected the stats. and new bogies.

    2 Versions:
1 Full length with the correct 2 powercars and 8 trailers.
(Power car, 3 first class, Bar, 4 Second Class, Power car)

1 Shortend to fit into a locomotion stations with 2 power cars and 6 trailers.
(Power car, 1 first class, Bar, 3 Second Class, Power car)

    Includes New sounds.

    Updated:
    New paint job,
    New Pantograph's
    All new coding,
    Position on the tracks.
    Stats adjustments.
    New bogies

Since the Locomotion Fanpage Logo is a TGV-Duplex, and there is not one released yet (on the Fanpage). I decided to make one for You guys.

A lot of hard work went into the is conversion (one of my longest to make). the off center bogies were a real pain to set up. It is as close to the real thing as we can get in lomo.

    Please Enjoy,
    Plastik.
