Denke schon es wurde relativ früh mit der Community kommuniziert und auf wünsche eingegangen und die Entwickler selber wollten schon immer eine AStädteaufbausimulation entwicklen spieeln auch sc4 und von Cim auf edine Städttebausimulation macht ja auch etwas sinn
