Nope it really was not related, it started again:

Halle Klamann. Ich konnte die Adresse http://www.cimexchange.com/topic/2204-map…or-cim-2/page-7 nicht erreichen weil es letzter Zeit down ist, deshalb wiederhole ich die Nachricht nochmal hier: dasselbe Problem mit SRTM passiert immer und immer wieder: http://pastebin.ru/rTnYa1Wx
Dasselbe passiert auch meinen italianischen und türkischen Freunden. Bitte sieh es dir an, es kann nicht an meiner Firewall liegen.

Upd. Weird, updated Java to 55 and it started to work; two others have older version of Java too. Not sure if it could be related but thats it.
