You can mod the [ModManager] Unloading: eis_os_outram_test off? for since it has anerror message in the log file. After trying one more time.

It is important to post the whole log_metro. not only the last part or a part containing an error message. so it is much better to upload the file to your post.
The Part you posted says that the vehiclepack05 (Design Dreams) was succesfully unloaded. Maybe there is a conflict with another MOD. Modmanager changes the way Mods were loaded. -
